DERBY DAY RULES - Will be posted at registration

Time & Derby

8 am start time with a hard stop at 12:30. Please plan to leave the grounds by 1:30. 

No fishing allowed before 8am sharp.

Registration begins @ 7 am. 

3 fish per entry.

Only registered participants may fish.

Raffles

Raffle winners will be chosen at random.

You do not need to be present to win. Please leave contact information at registration.

Fishing

NO CATCH & RELEASE

1 re-entry is allowed.

Cash fish prizes are for trout only.

All prizes by length. Tie breaker by Time of measurement.

No Fishing licence required for stocked club ponds. All Fish and game laws and licenses required on all other waterways.

A limit of 2 lines for ice fishing derby per entry.

Crossed lines happen, please be gracious when this happens. Especially to inexperienced anglers.

Snagging fish is not allowed, all fish must be caught by the mouth. 

General

There is no running allowed on the ice.

Good Sportsmanship is a requirement to participate. The pond has limited space so do not be offended by crowding.

All trash shall be deposited into the barrels. Do not leave it on the ground.

Any aggressive behavior will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave.

All club members, guests & event participants must follow all federal & state laws while on club grounds.

All drug use on club property is strictly prohibited.

All ranges will be closed, no exceptions.

Uncertain situations will be handled by the director of the event and their decision is final

No Refunds. If you are ejected from the competition a refund will not be issued.

Children must be supervised at all times, they are not allowed to wander the club grounds unsupervised.
